BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and 5-7 years of technical 
     management experience in non-metallics, preferably with FRP 
     piping, fiberglass or other types of composites materials and 6-10 
     years of engineering experience.

     Value Engineering, Marketing Support, Application Engineering and 
     Technical Services

     Complete, review and approve technical reports for Commercial                                                                                                                                                                                                         
     Team and Customers

Sales and Marketing Support
     Provide technical support to Regional Sales Managers and Technical                                 
     Meet with Customers to discuss strategic requirements
     Conduct technical seminars for Customers and Commercial team.
Product Development
     Define new product requirements for received inquiries.
     Engage with product engineering division to prepare product 
Manufacturing Support
     Technical support and root cause analysis
International Standards and Specification Review
     Keep up to date on all international standards for fiberglass products
Value Engineering
     Implement the culture of value engineering with unit managers and 
     with clients.
     Internally with all senior directors to VP level and  Externally with 
     Clients, Consultants, End Users, Engineering Firms.
     Stress analysis experts and piping designers.
