#92316  Manufacturing Engineer II  (Florida with no state income tax, six % sales tax and in a low cost area.)


  • Provide manufacturing engineering support to sustain, troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing of composite parts and assemblies. 
  • Safety is a core value and department managers are held accountable for it. 
  • Must be a US person, i.e. U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.


  • BS in science, technology, engineering or math.
  • Two to five years hands-on engineering in a composite manufacturing environment, especially RTM.
  • Minimum of Green Belt in Lean and Six Figures.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating prices.
  • Computer Aided Design,  3D Modeling and 2 D Drawings.  Such as Solid Works, Catia, NX, Autodesk Inventor Auto CAD a plus.
  • Use of a Faro Arm and CMM machines.


  • Supports programs from development to production stage.
  • Assists new product design team s to ensure producible designs.
  • Keeps documentation accurate and understandable.
  • Implements ISO-9001 and AS 9100 and Nadcap standards.
  • Generates purchase requisitions.
  • Interfaces with all levels of management, employees and customers.
  • Attends meetings with all personnel including customers.
  • Keeps documentation up to date.
  • Designs and optimizes workflow based on Lean principles.
  • Facilitates training.
  • Supports forecasting of manufacturing resources for upcoming production demands.
