  2. Lead account management efforts with Customers, distributors and fabricators to drive sales of standard and customized products for commercial applications, especially the electric power generation, transmission and distribution markets.
  3. Immediate relocation not required.  May need to relocate in future once promoted.
  4. Regularly visit Customers and end-users to gather market intelligence; reliably prepare forecasts, predict upcoming requirements, monitor requests for quotations and negotiate pricing and contracts.
  5. Interact with current and potential Customer and end-users to determine technical requirements for new applications, to provide Customer support and to troubleshoot and resolve existing problems.
  6. Regularly interface with and work effectively with various departments of the company – customer service, plant operations, purchasing, new product development and other sales and marketing management personnel.
  7. Serve as an ambassador of the company, representing the company during Customer visits; at conferences and exhibitions; and at professional society meetings.
  8. Experience in sales and marketing of technical plastic materials or customized plastic products.
  9. Capable of managing to completion a variety of projects and programs simiultaneously.
  10. High-energy, self-motivated and responsible with mature judgment and initiative.
  11. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  12. Able to work with all levels of Customer organizations and internal management.
  13. Proactive sales person who is proficient at “closing the deal.”
  14. Team-oriented with success of Company as main objective.
  15. Proficient with computers to create effective detailed reports.
  16. Willing to travel to Customers with total travel over 60%.
  17. BS in Science, Engineering , Business or Marketing.
