BS Chemistry, Chem E or Industrial Engineering

5-10 years experience formulation of additives and release agents (Unsaturated Polyester, Vinyl                     Ester, Polyurethane, Epoxy, Rubber, Thermoplastics.)

Able to develop a platform and build on it, not just composites.

Thermoset and thermoplastic, FRP, aerospace, wire and cable, building and consutuction.

No.  Competitors are Zyvex (Acquired by Chemtrend), McLube, Franklin Industries, Stone, and three others.

Less than 5%.

1-5 Technicians as needed.

Vision for company.  Have done a good job so far.  We have established ourselves

Phone interview first with Head of Bus Development,  then visit facility for interviews with other technical staff.

Several, but no offers extended.  Too many jobs indicate lack of stability in our investment.

Ads in past, in “Rubber and Plastics”,  Ad on Indeed.com.  Results not good.  Need to use a recruiter.

Kind of strapped for space.  Planning to double or  triple this soon to 100K ft2 or 150K ft2.

Eight years Business Development.

Depends on person.  We do offer cost of living adjustment because of our location..
