Midwest and East Coast.  $50MM division of $3B company with big company benefits.   Take a lead commercial role in developing and maintaining business, with targeted programs to drive demand for division’s FRP and composite products to deliver profitable growth.  Will focus primarily on identifying, screening and qualifying new bus. opportunities with targeted OEMs  and processors, application development including specification selling to OEMs  and interpreting customer needs into company’s solutions.  Will maximize the value proposition and coordinate follow-through to close new business.  Will also maintain existing accounts.  Requires BS ME or AE, ability to calculate and communicate mechanical requirements (tensile, torsion, sheer stress.)  Broad knowledge of FRP and composite products using carbon and glass fibers.  Knowledge of pultrusion, filament winding, and resin chemistry will be major plusses.  Strong skills to work in a matrix organization.  Knowledge of market in territory, ability to differentiate company product s from competitors.  Successful selling high, wide and deep with decision makers.
