(Chicago to Minneapolis or St Louis to Kansas City),  Specialized Additive Development Team   This position report s to the Vice President in the sales and promotion of additive products which are used in epoxy resins for coatings, adhesives and composites (and possibly base resins for producing quality sealants and adhesives), to existing and potential customers in the Midwest regions of North America.  Territory:  The person will establish an office in his/her residence and work from there.  Education:  Candidates must have at a minimum a 4-year college degree.  Work History:  Candidates must have at least ten years experience marketing thermosetting resins or other affiliated raw materials/equipment and have established relationships with key potential coatings, adhesives or composites customers in the region.  Work with existing and search for and cultivate new customers.  3Provide management and co-workers with timely reports related to activities or events affecting company’s business in the region.  Represent company at various industry functions.  Personal Skills:  Candidates must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and good business capability.  Candidates must have good computer skills and have experience with software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.  Competitive compensation.  Big company benefits.
