Immediate opening.  Field sales, sales management, marketing for composite parts.   The appeal is an open territory, management commitment to success, and ambitious private-equity ownership that will be building a larger organization through sales growth and acquisitions. There will be significant leadership opportunities across the company in years to come.  The near-term objective is to land (or bring along) customers with established needs.  In other words, mold transfers and build-to-print opportunities.  Company’s “sweet spot” is to pursue such business very aggressively, then offer value-added solutions that deepen the relationship over time.  Travel probably no less than 2 weeks/month.  Four needs are: 1) Knowledge of composites materials and processes; 2) relationships with customers, 3) familiarity with target industries, construction equipment and/or electrical utilities 4) understanding of business issues facing customer. Experience with Salesforce.com (or other CRM system) would be a major plus. The candidate must either bring their own rolodex of contacts or be prepared to do their own lead targeting and qualification.  The Candidate will be competitive, ambitious, determined, and resourceful.  Will generally sell to procurement staff, project managers, and engineers.   Company has a collegial, team-oriented culture. Reporting relationships matter less than results. This job is not about finding a boss you “click” with. It’s about seizing an opportunity to grow the company, make a very handsome income, and position oneself for further professional development.  Skill, experience, poise, and professionalism are more relevant than education level.  Company serves multiple markets (This rep would focus on large parts for Construction Equipment.)  They are the primary composites supplier to several of their customers, though certainly not all.  The business leans slightly towards designed parts for manufacturing processes; They also have customizable products that are marketed to specific industries. Health insurance, 401(k). Provided. Very attractive compensation for right person.
